My brake components on one disc brake basically fell apart. So, I had no way to drive it out or get to work. Somehow they did what it took to fix the issue and did it at a moment of high inconvenience, under variables that I know they weren't obligated to deal with or solve. I don't want to go into details for a couple of reasons, but to say they went above and beyond is actually an understatement in this case. I can't say enough good things, but David was the definition of what it means to exemplify service. This way beyond good customer service, and I could tell he took his job and being in a position to help others personally.

I was really looking forward to opening my credit line and good customer service. They had called and said my car was ready. When I went in to get my car, the person(angel) who worked on it went to lunch, so I didn't get any kind answers to any of my questions. He knew I had questions to ask, yet no call from him or anyone. And keep in mind that while i'm talking to another employee at the front desk (asking him if he knew anything more besides the quote for brakes)he did not cause he didn't work on it. As I'm speaking to this young man, the front desk lady (blonde hair) envelopes my paperwork in an envelope, sets it on the counter, & walks away. She Doesn't bother to explain my payment plan to me, after i just paid over $200 out of pocket. Worst customer service I have ever received dealing with Les Schwab! I will Never recommend anyone to go to this specific location, if anything I'll tell them to avoid this center completely! And I still have no idea what my payments will look like. You guys really fudged up! So disappointed 😞

I like Les Schwab. I feel like they're honest, and they don't seem to have a lot of employee turnover. It's always clean. Plus I feel like they do their best to consult with me rather than pressure me into purchasing any services. Alonzo was great to work with. Plus, I appreciate knowing that if I travel, I can get help at any Les Schwab. Thanks guys!

⚠️ BEWARE of Les Schwab in Pocatello, North 5th⚠️ I recently scheduled an alignment appointment for one of our vehicles at the Les Schwab in Pocatello. After inspecting the car, they informed me they couldn’t perform the alignment because the tie rods and ball joints were allegedly loose and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $580 for the repairs. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from my trusted mechanic the very next day. After a thorough inspection, he confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the front end. Everything was in proper working condition. This raised serious red flags for me — it felt like a blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. I decided to dig deeper and read through other customer reviews. To my dismay, I found multiple reviews describing nearly identical situations — customers being told they needed expensive front-end work that turned out to be unnecessary upon further inspection. Bottom line, Les Schwab has lost my business for several vehicle I own and will never go back, Management are you reading these reviews: Be extremely cautious when dealing with this Les Schwab location. I had new breaks put on and they are squeaky and we were told to wait 800-1000 miles. The second time we asked we were told they are fine. Then after 2000 miles we took it back with the same squeak. And got told the breaks are good they just need 3000+ miles on them. They sprayed break cleaner on it and called it good. So we got four new tires on Saturday and now the A/C does work right. I know I know, its never going to be your fault. But it worked fine when we dropped it off. It worked so well that I hardly ever put it on high. But now after dropping it off on Saturday and picking it up that evening...... now its bearly even cool on max. *shrug* Its also weird that the cell phone holder has been adjusted larger. Its not like its in a place that is easy to adjust it either. Its very out of the way. The 2nd time we went they told us we needed to get new struts. Then on Saturday we asked for quote for the struts and they said the struts were fine. Man has Les Schawb gone down hill in the last 30 years. I have only bought tires from les schawb since I was 17. Now I need to find a new place.
